This pathway allows your body to adjust, process, and build steadiness using natural healing methods—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. This approach supports your personal growth and is offered following your First Step Session.
For returning clients who have completed their First Step Session in kinesiology coaching. These sessions continue the work gently and consistently, allowing your body to integrate what has already shifted through natural healing methods. We build steadily on the foundation we’ve created — deepening awareness, releasing further stress patterns, and strengthening your sense of clarity and balance for personal growth. Each session unfolds at a pace your nervous system feels safe with.
For support with anxiety, habits, fears, sleep, quitting smoking, or patterns that feel difficult to shift — even when you logically know what to do, kinesiology coaching offers a pathway to personal growth. Natural healing methods, such as hypnotherapy, work gently with the subconscious to create calm, release repetition, and support lasting change.

Across five extended fortnightly sessions, we explore all areas of your life — assessing where you are now and where you want to be. Each session includes muscle monitoring to identify where stress is being held, followed by a personalized kinesiology balance and focused coaching around the areas needing attention for your personal growth.
You’ll leave each session with practical integration tasks, helping you apply the insights gained.
Embark on a weekly journey designed for those ready to create deep, lasting change through kinesiology coaching. Over 12 weeks, we focus on stabilizing your nervous system, exploring patterns, strengthening self-worth, establishing safe boundaries, healing childhood wounds, and reshaping long-held beliefs using natural healing methods. Our sessions are coaching-led and supported by subconscious work, with guided homework and workbook support between visits to ensure that your personal growth is embodied — not just understood. This program is for those who are ready to move beyond coping and truly transform how they experience themselves and their lives.
