Whole-person kinesiology for physical, emotional, neurological, nutritional, and energetic stress.
Using muscle monitoring, we explore the patterns and imbalances that may be contributing to pain, overwhelm, fatigue, poor sleep, digestive concerns, emotional distress, structural discomfort, and feeling disconnected from yourself.
Rather than only managing symptoms, the aim is to identify the priorities your body is showing and support it towards greater balance, regulation and more effective function.
We consider what has been happening in your body, emotions, lifestyle, and daily environment rather than viewing one concern in isolation.
Muscle monitoring helps identify the areas your body is prioritising, allowing the session to follow your individual responses rather than a standard routine.
Kinesiology may be supported by NLP coaching or hypnotherapy where appropriate, giving us more than one way to work with the patterns affecting you.
You may have addressed one symptom, made lifestyle changes, or tried to push through, yet still feel that something is not quite right.
Sometimes a concern continues because it is connected with more than one area of your life or body. Physical strain, emotional stress, habits, past experiences, and everyday demands can influence one another.
Kinesiology gives us a way to look at those connections rather than viewing each concern in isolation.
Kinesiology uses muscle monitoring to help identify areas of stress, imbalance, or disconnection within the body.
Depending on what is indicated, we may explore structural and muscular stress, fascia and cranial patterns, nutritional and biochemical influences, nervous system responses, emotions, subconscious beliefs, and energetic imbalances.
The aim is not to diagnose illness.
It is to better understand the relationships between your symptoms, lifestyle, emotions and body systems, then use appropriate balancing techniques to support greater homeostasis and more effective function.
You remain fully clothed, involved, and informed throughout the session.

We begin with a detailed conversation about what has been happening, how it has been affecting you, and what you would most like support with.
From there, muscle monitoring helps guide the balance and determine which techniques are most appropriate for your session.
Depending on what is indicated, the session may include muscle or fascia work, cranial techniques, acupressure points, nervous system support, emotional stress release, breathing techniques, NLP coaching or hypnotherapy.
By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of what was prioritised, what was balanced, and any practical guidance that may support you afterwards.
Every person is different, so sessions are tailored to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
Sessions are held in a safe, calm, private clinic in Central Lakes, Caboolture. You are supported at your own pace, with time to ask questions and understand what we are doing and why.
My approach combines professional Kinesiology with NLP coaching and hypnotherapy, where appropriate, allowing the session to respond to what your body and circumstances are showing rather than forcing you into one fixed method.
My private clinic is located in Central Lakes, Caboolture, supporting clients from Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary, and surrounding Moreton Bay areas.
Appointments are available across the week, with online booking to make it easier to find a time that suits you.
I am a qualified Kinesiologist, Master NLP Coach, and Master Hypnotherapist. This allows me to draw on several approaches when a client’s needs extend beyond one area of the body or one pattern of thinking.
My work is also shaped by personal experience. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2009 and living with pain from head to toe, I used kinesiology, NLP and hypnotherapy while learning to listen more closely to my body, manage stress differently and establish healthier boundaries.
By late 2010, the pain and symptoms that had affected my daily life were no longer present. That experience continues to influence the way I support clients today, with compassion, honesty, practical care and respect for the connection between physical symptoms, emotions, stress and the body.

Kinesiology is generally not covered by Australian private health insurance. Cover can vary between insurers and policies, so please contact your health fund directly before booking if you would like confirmation.
No. Kinesiology is a complementary modality and does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or replace care from your doctor or other registered health professional.
It can be used alongside medical treatment and other therapies.
Every person is different. Some clients notice changes after one session, while others benefit from ongoing support over several appointments. We will discuss what feels appropriate after your First Step Session, without pressure to commit to a package.
You may have already tried to ignore it, push through it, think your way out of it, or wait for it to improve on its own.
Your First Step Session gives us the time to understand what has been happening, look beneath the surface and begin working towards meaningful, sustainable change.
You do not need to have all the answers before you book. You simply need to be ready to take the first step.
